The child also presents with cracked lips, rash on the abdomen, red eyes, swollen tongue, red and swollen palms, and throat pain. After running a strep test it comes back negative. A CBC shows a high white blood count, low hemoglobin, and B-type natriuretic peptide. A urinalysis shows filamin C and meprin C.
