2.- ¿Qué relación existe entre la belleza y la autoestima?

Mucha gente piensa que entre más bella sea o más guapo sea, se incrementará su autoestima. Pero a final de cuentas eso es una muestra de inseguridad porque la gente no tiene por qué valorarte por tu belleza exterior, sino por tu belleza interior. Por lo que eres, por cómo piensas, por la bondad que expresas, por la manera en la que ayudas, por tus ideas.

Si dependes de la belleza para que los demás te acepten, tendrás una vida triste y dolorosa. La gente no debe ser superficial ni valorar por la belleza, porque al final, la vejez acaba con la belleza física.

Tú siempre ocúpate de ser una persona bella en tu interior y que los demás te valoren por esa razón.

3.- ¿Qué relación existe entre las capacidades personales y la autoestima?

Hay na correlación directa porque si una persona se siente capaz y lo demuestra con sus acciones, en sus tareas, en su trabajo, se va a sentir satisfecho de lo que está haciendo y su autoestima aumentará.

4.- ¿Cómo puede una persona aumentar su autoestima?

Siendo la mejor versión de sí mismo. Es decir, preparándose estudiando, trabajando, aportando, y ayudando a los demás. Eso te hace sentir muy bien. te hace sentirte útil. Y cuando eres útil para ti y para los demás, tu autoestima se eleva.
