I look down at my arm and see a long discolored scar and my sickly pale skin. I can't believe I used to hide this part of me. I used to be ashamed of my cancer but now I see it as beautiful. I see myself as beautiful. In my last days, I see this curious world with new eyes. I wonder what I will do today. I think of all of the adventures I could have on such a nice fresh day.
