I always strive to get better at using the tools I have.” You could say this because you really want your dream job, and you’d be willing to learn how to use it.

Extended learning experiences are good because you learn to work as a team with other people and it prepares you for real world work. People will not hire you or want to work with you if you do not respect, and help them.
