Explanation:
the arrest will be valid
Answer:
It would depend on the context of the arrest.
Explanation:
If the arrest was done outside of a person's house, car, etc. It would be valid, but in most cases, if the arrest was done inside a person's possessions as mentioned before, I don't believe it would be valid.
I may be wrong though.
I hope this helps. ^^

11. The Saints and Strangers argued about how they would live in the New World. After much
discussion, they came together and signed the Mayflower Compact.
The Compact was
a container for makeup
a small item
a machine used for mashing corn
an agreement
Answer:
an agreement.
Explanation:
The Mayflower compact was a document signed on a boat on the 11th of November, 1620 by forty-one (41) males of the one hundred and two (102) passengers on board while the boat was anchored in Provincetown Harbor (Cape Cod) due to the effect of turbulent storm. The document derived its name from the English ship known as Mayflower which was heading to Plymouth, Massachusetts due to storms and treacherous shoals rather than its original destination, which was the Colony of Virginia.
The Mayflower compact was a document which established a social contract and "rule of law" in order to make the pilgrims (saints) and non-pilgrims (strangers) remain loyal to King James 1, foster Christianity (Christian faith) and for the overall good of the colony.
Hence, the Saints and Strangers argued about how they would live in the New World. After much discussion, they came together and signed the Mayflower Compact.
Thus, the Compact was an agreement.

Make a simple poem regarding the learning’s that you acquired in managing the finances. (4 Stanzas only with rhyme and with no meter)
Answer:
My net worth is my assets less my liabilities
I should therefore not spend above my capabilities
Pay off the debt required and then a little more
That way I can have, a great credit score
Like everything else, I must plan my finances
Create a budget and include my expenses
And make space for an emergency fund
So on rainy days I don't find myself cashless and hamstrung
Its important to remember that I won't work forever
I should therefore set something aside, to fall back on
When I'm too old and grey to embark on strenuous endeavor
I'll be well taken care of because I remembered my pension
And I shouldn't forget, to keep a proper record
Get educated in a financially sound method
That way I can know what comes in and what goes out
I'll be sure of my situation and leave room for no doubt
It is better for children to grow up in the countryside than in a big city. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to develop your essay.
I disagree because I think children are better off growing up in the city. The city offers more opportunities to these children allowing them to explore different careers and experiences, but in the countryside there aren't much available free classes you can take or help you can get. Another reason would be interaction and teamwork. In the city, schools are packed with children so they would have better communication skills with their peers but in the countryside you might only have less than 1000 students in the building whereas city with 5000+ students in 1 building.

SIMPLE,PROGRESSIVE,PERFECT OR PROGRESSIVE ASPECT

3. had been fishing
4. will be dancing
5. had been keeping
6. has ended
7. is walking
8. am living
9. will have been walking
10. will have ended
Answer:

2). Was talking - progressive(past)
3). Had been fishing - perfect progressive(past)
4). Will be dancing - progressive(future)
5). Had been keeping → perfect and progressive
6). Has ended - perfect(present)
7). Is walking - progressive(present)
8). Am living - progressive(present)
9). Will have been working - perfect progressive(future)
10). Will have ended - perfect(past)
Explanation:
The simple tense is characterized into three categories in order to denote facts or regular actions. Present simple expresses habitual actions(using V1 + s/es) while past simple denotes an action that took place in the past(time before now using V2) and the future simple is used to show actions that will take place in the future.
Progressive or Continuous tense talks about the continuity of an action, be it in present, be it in past, or will be in progression in the future. In present progressive, the continuity is shown using 'is/am/are + V1 + ing' while in the past progressive 'was/were + V1 + ing' and in the future progressive 'will/shall + be + V1 + ing' is used.
The perfect tense is employed to express the actions that have been completed or will have been completed at a specific time in the future. Thus, it is called perfect. It employs 'has/have + V3'(in present), 'had + V3'(in past), and 'will/shall + have + V3'(in future).
While the perfect continuous/progressive tense is to display an action that began at a specific time and is in continuity, was in continuity, or will be in continuity till a particular time. Thus, it shows perfection and continuity at the same time.
In present perfect progressive, the rule 'has been/have been + V1 + ing + since/for' while in the past perfect progressive, 'had been + V1 + ing + since/for' is employed and in future progressive tense, 'will have been/shall have been + V1 + ing + since/for' is employed.
