mental health question: all i do is fail everything. i can't get good grades, i can't maintain a relationship without feeling unwanted or like they're going to leave. these are starting to spike more now that i'm grounded. my boyfriend asked me today if i truly think that him and i are going to work out. all i felt was emptiness and hatred. like he wanted me to feel bad. i know he didn't want me to feel bad but i felt like he wanted me to. why do i feel like this? i don't need some long answer i just want to know why im always so hurt or numb.

You need to look for some kind of meaning in your life. I would personally not being in a relationship because if you can’t love your self than how can you love others? You need to find some kind of motivation that ignites you from the inside and give you passion so that you can find a meaning to life. It’s different for everyone so you make sure you do what makes you happy wether that’s a hobby, sport, activity, or time breaker. Don’t use any substances because it causes a dependency regardless of the substance you need to find your happiness naturally. So don’t stress about a boyfriend....focus on your self and do things that make you happy.
