P.E is a very beneficial subject. There are many reasons to support that fact too! Yes it's tiring and makes you sore. But after finding out how beneficial it is it’ll all be worth it [maybe]. Before you oppose this idea though P.E is more beneficial than you think it's not just made to make you tired and sore for no reason at all.

P.E does a lot of things for you! For example it can help you do better in school. Since many of the regular physical activities include higher levels of concentration and well-composed behavior it affects our performance in many other classes. For instance, did you know that P.E helps students to do better in Social Studies! So if you want to do a little better in some of your classes just take some time to follow some tips that your P.E teacher gave you, or just try to do your best in P.E because you never know what the effect may be!

Want to be a little more social in life? Well guess what!  P.E plays an important role to help you be a little bit better with socializing! You know those sport activities when your teacher puts you with random people? Ya Know the ones you never saw the point of? Cause you felt uncomfortable talking to some of those people or just didn't like one of them, but then ended up having the best time. Well those types of activities actually help you be more o a social person which comes in handy for anything really! It also helps you develop many leadership skills and positive characteristics {which makes you more of a likable person in my opinion}. So in other words P.E doesn’t just help you with school but with the world itself!

Feeling stressed lately because of all that school work? Have no time for anything except studying? Well I have just the solution? One word, Two letters. P.E. According to many websites it is said that since many students are pressured to perform well in school it causes them stress. After a long 6 hours or more in your classroom your teachers assign you so much homework. Leaving you no time to have some fun because if you miss your homework or don’t study your not gonna perform well in school. It is also said that having some fun or playing something is one of the many ways that help release stress but we never have time to do that since school. This is where P.E takes charge. P.E gives us time to play and stay healthy which helps us more than you may think. So let's just try to appreciate the fact that P.E is a subject your school supports! Since not everybody gets to experience all those benefits!

Wanna know something really cool? There are more ways that P.E benefits us. It helps us be healthy, kind, leaders, and more! So the next time you're on your way to your P.E class try to be a little motivated to do the activities given because in the end it’ll be worth it! Who knows maybe you’ll end up having fun too! You never know if you never try. :D

The Hospital

I never realized how much I could lose until I stood in a hospital room with my dad lying in the bed. I can recall to the years prior, where I would sit and ponder about loss. Most people think they can predict the worst moments in their life. Even I thought so for a while, but I don’t think I could have ever predicted this.

I couldn’t sleep that night. I went to bed at three in the morning, but I was quickly woken up two hours later by my grandmother slamming open the front door to my house. The sound made my eyes fly open and I could feel how hard my heart was pounding. She slung my bedroom door open and flipped the switch. Her loud voice echoed in my ears, “Get up! I’m taking you to the hospital!” I scrambled to find my shoes. I wasn’t worried about anything but getting to the hospital. I wanted to maintain my composure, but I knew he was dying.

When I got to the hospital, I saw my dad laying on hospital bed. It was hard to see him unconscious with tubes poking out of him, but I had to be strong. This was the last time I was ever going to see him alive. My thoughts ran as I stood in the room. I saw the way my brother was crying, my mother was trying to comfort him, and the hospital staff was trying to comfort us with food and drinks. I thought maybe I would’ve been better off just laying in bed at this time and getting the news as a text messages, but I don’t think this would’ve been easier either way.

I went to the entrance of the hospital to show one of my family members where my dad’s room was. When I walked back up, I saw a crowd of nurses and doctors trying to resuscitate him. A couple of them were shouting commands while a woman pumped his chest. My family was taken into a waiting room because my dad coded. One of the nurses took me and my family member to a room where my mom and brother were. I don’t think that I could have ever prepared myself for witnessing that.

After what seemed like hours, a nurse directed us to the room where my dad was. The monitors were off, the tubes were gone, and so was he. I expected it and all I could do was stare at him. I felt heartless, because my brother was uncontrollably sobbing and screaming. Only if I knew what life would be like after losing him.

Hyphens are used to clear up ambiguity in sentences and to integrate numerous words into a single meaning. So, Chocolate-covered is the hyphenated part of the sentence.

What is a hyphenated sentence?

A hyphen is a tiny horizontal line that is used between pieces of syllables of words at the conclusion,  a compound name or word, or between a sentence or line, as shown in these brackets (-).

"Desserts" is modified in this sentence by "chocolate-covered." The delicacies had undoubtedly been covered in chocolate, as seen by the chemical.
